‘Ayamotsava-2022 – NrityaNatyotsava’ has been organised at Mini Theatre in Kalamandira premises today and tomorrow (Feb. 27 and 28) at 6 pm under the aegis of Ayama Academy of Fine Arts and Department of Kannada & Culture.
Feb. 27 (Sunday): Inauguration — Sri TrinetraMahantashivayogiSwamiji of ChandravanaAshrama, Srirangapatna, Prof. C. Basavaraju, Chairman, DoS in Law, University of Mysore (UoM), Mysuru, Prof. C.A. Sridhar, Principal, Fine Arts College, UoM, Mysuru, Uday Kumar, Asst. Director, Kannada & Culture Department, Mandya, Shivalingaiah, Theatre Director, Gothami Foundation and S. VenkataramanaSwamy, President, Ayama Academy of Fine Arts, will be present.
The students of Ayama Academy will present a Dance-Drama titled ‘Govinahaadu.’ Direction: Vidu. Dr.ShambhaviSwamy.
Feb. 28 (Monday): The senior students of Ayama Academy — MadhuraMadhusudhan, Manasi, M.S. Apoorva, Anagha Desai and Charisma — will present Bharatanatyam Marga. Direction: Vidu. Dr.ShambhaviSwamy.
