B.G. Jayachandra (79), Proprietor of Gowrishankar Book Depot at Devaraja Market and a resident of Sunnadakeri 1st Cross, passed away following brief illness in the wee hours of today at a private hospital in city.
He leaves behind his wife Hemalatha, daughter Shwetha, son Santhosh, brother former JSS University Vice-Chancellor Dr. B.G. Sangameshwara and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be held at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds at Vidyaranyapuram at 6 pm today.
