B.N. Srinivas (71), a retired teacher and a resident of 14th Cross in the town, passed away on Saturday.

He leaves behind his wife, two sons including S. Nataraju (Secretary of Gayathri Vidyamandira at Hura village), a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed on the banks of River Kapila, according to family sources.
