Bachiraniyanda M. Subbaiah (88), a resident of BEML Layout in Srirampura here, passed away at Bengaluru this morning.
He leaves behind his wife Lalitha (Bollera), daughters Jasmine Kariappa (Teacher at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Mysuru), Yashmina Mandanna, Sashmina Aiyappa, sons-in-law and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
