Bags NCC Achiever Award

NCC Achievers Award-2023 ceremony was organised by NCC Alumni Club, New Delhi, on the occasion of NCC Foundation Day and to commemorate the completion of 75 years of National Cadet Corps at Delhi on July 15.

Out of 788 nominations, 22 ex-NCC Cadets from across the country were presented with these awards by Director General, NCC, Lt. Gen. Gurbirpal Singh at NCC Directorate Auditorium, Delhi Cantonment.

Dr. Sathyanarayana Mamatha, Assistant Professor of De Paul Degree College, Mysuru, received the prestigious National NCC Achievers Award-2023 for her commendable contribution to wildlife conservation  education and as an inspirational leader for making extraordinary contribution towards nation-building as an ex-NCC Cadet.

Dr. Mamatha was a Cadet of 3 Kar Girls NCC Unit, Mysore.
