Mysuru: Dr. Samson Thomas, final year Post Graduate (PG) student in the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, JSS Dental College and Hospital, Mysuru, has won first prize in the Paper Presentation in Clinical Innovation category in the Zonal Orthodontic PG Convention held at SDM College of Dental Science and Hospital, Dharwad recently.

The title of the paper was ‘Easy Functional Orthopedics With Mtbt.’ This is a simple and efficient tool which helps in the fabrication of the most commonly used Twin Block appliance.

This Clinical Innovation was guided by Dr. N. Raghunath, Head, Department of Orthodontics, JSS Dental College and Hospital.
