Nihal N. Pathange, a 9th standard student of Rainbow Public School, Bogadi, was conferred State-level ‘Bhageeratha Kala Ratna’ award at Rotary West Hall during the Uppara Mitra Patrika Balaga’s 3rd anniversary celebrations and ‘Adarsha Chetana Pratibha Ratna’ award at NIE College Diamond Jubilee Sports Complex by Adarsha Seva Sangha in recognition of his achievements in music (flute), dance, drawing, etc. Also, his 30- minute interview in the programme titled ‘Pratibha Pallava Makkala Mantapa’ in Mysuru Akashavani was aired on Sept. 18. Nihal is the son of P.N. Naveen Kumar and P. Rashmi, residents of Roopanagar in city.
