Mysuru: ‘Manthana,’ the 3rd State-level meet of Bahusar Kshatriya Mahasabha will be held on Dec.16 and 17 at National College Grounds in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.
Disclosing this at a function organised by Mysore Bahusar Kshatriya Mandali at Vittala Rukmini Convention Hall on Hunsur Road here on Thursday, Akhila Bharata Bahusar Kshatriya Mahasabha State President Sudhir Navale asked the community people of the district to participate in the convention in large numbers.
He observed that a majority of the community members were engaged in tailoring profession and have remained backward.
Regretting that the Government and political parties have neglected the community, he added that the Bengaluru convention would draw the attention of the Govt. towards their problems.
Continuing, Sudhir Navale said that 11 demands would be put forward at the convention which would be attended by the leaders of Congress, BJP and JD(S).
Mandali President Jayaram Rao Lalige presided.
Office-bearers of the Mahasabha and the Mandali were present on the occasion.
