Mysore/Mysuru: Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre, had organised a day-long training camp for masons at Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT) Auditorium in Vishweshwaranagar here recently.
This training camp was sponsored by MBCT and Ultratech Cement Company.
About 73 masons were trained in this free admission camp where information and new innovations about the best practices of construction works, building masonry construction, special concrete, site marking, safety work protection methods were given.
Builders like Yoga Narasimha, S.H. Srinivas, Prabhakar Rao, Kulkarni, Mohan Devang imparted training in this camp.
The trainees were given certificates and one day stipend.
BAI Chairman Nagaraj Bairy presided over the inauguration ceremony. MBCT Secretary N. Subramanya, Ultratech Sales Depot Manager Mahesh and Technical Wing Manager Mohan Dewang were the guests. BAI Secretary K.S. Balaji and Treasurer Srikanth also attended the camp successfully conducted by the Coordinators of BAI’s CWWC Committee — Aswattha Narayana, Lokesh Gowda, Santhosh Mirle, Ravi Iyengar and Balugowda.
