Balliyanda P. Bopaiah (88), a resident of Pruthvi Palace, Lalitha Mahal Road, passed away in city last evening.
He leaves behind his wife, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his native place Kallumotte, near Kadanga in Kodagu this noon.
