With the supplementary exams of Karnataka Open School (KOS) scheduled to take place at DIET, Vasant Mahal, Nazarbad in the city from Aug. 24 to Sept. 3, City Police have clamped prohibitory orders in 200 mts. radius around the centre on all days of the exam, as a security measure. Accordingly, other than the examinees and the exam staff, no other unauthorised person will be allowed entry to the exam centre and carrying of objectionable articles in the vicinity is strictly prohibited. Also, all photocopy shops and browsing centres around the centre are ordered to shut down during exam hours, according to a press release issued by the Office of the City Police Commissioner.
