Ban orders around exam centres

With the 2nd session of departmental exams for Government servants scheduled to take place from May 10 to 24 at two centres in city, the City Police have clamped prohibitory orders in 200 mts radius of both the exam centres from 6 am to 6 pm on all dates of the exam. The exam centres are: Maharani Government PU College (High School section), JLB Road and Government Adarsha Vidyalaya, Jockey Quarters. Accordingly, barring the examinees and exam staff, no unauthorised persons will be allowed entry to the exam centres and carrying of objectionable articles is strictly banned. Also, all photo copy shops and browsing centres in the vicinity of the exam centres have been asked to shut down during exam hours, according to a press release.
