Former State champion Y.G. Vijayeendra from Mysuru, representing India and taking part in the Bavaria Donau Cup 2018 in Regensburg, Germany, won his second round tie against Alexander Lie (1820) on Thursday. Nine players are tied with two points after two rounds.
