Bettamma (92), wife of former CITB Chairman late B.N. Kengegowda and mother of former Mayor B.K. Prakash, passed away yesterday evening at her residence in Yadavagiri here.
She leaves behind sons B.K. Prakash and B.K. Vishweshwaraya, daughter Vijaya, grand children and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this afternoon.
