Mysuru: Ganabharathi has organised a dance programme by renowned danseuse Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy and troupe at its premises on Adichunchanagiri Road in Kuvempunagar here on Feb.16 at 6 pm in memory of Saraswathi Rao and Sunderachar.

The book ‘Dharegilida Natyathare Bala’ based on the famous dancer Balasaraswathi will also be released on   the occasion.

Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy launched her own version of Bharatanatyam after a long study and practice. Her thesis on ‘Inter-relation between Yoga and Bharatanatyam’ got her a doctorate. She has won many State, National and International awards. She is promoting dance effectively through her ‘Vasundara Performing Arts Centre.’
