Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi, Mysuru, has organised two Bharatanatyam recitals by Vidushi Radhika Ramanujan and students from 6 pm to 7 pm and Vidwan Badari Diyva Bhushan and team from 7 pm to 8 pm tomorrow (Mar. 22) at Veene Seshanna Bhavana in Kuvempunagar.

Vidu. Radhika Ramanujan’s journey in Bharatanatyam began at the tender age of seven and she further honed her skills under the guidance and tutelage of the inimitable dancer couple — Guru Kiran Subramanyam and Sandhya Kiran of Rasika, Bengaluru.
She has been one of the senior members of the Prasiddha Dance Repertory, headed by Prathibha Prahlad and has performed at various Art Festivals all over the country and abroad. She is imparting knowledge to many students at her school of dance named ‘Kalaranga’ in Malleswaram, Bengaluru.
Vid. Badari Diyva Bhushan is an accomplished, well-groomed and acclaimed Bharatanatyam artiste trained under stalwarts.
Grandson of the great film star Kalyan Kumar (Kannada & Tamil), he has started his own school ‘Bhushans Academy of Performing Arts and Visual Presentation’ in Mysuru, providing training to many students.
A traditional classical dancer, trained in Bhartanatyam, yoga, Kuchipudi, Kalaripayattu and contemporary dances, he has performed at several National and International Art & Dance Festivals of high repute.
