Mysore/Mysuru: The Bharatanatyam Rangapravesha of Manasa R. Abhishek, disciple of Vid. Sridhar Jain of ‘Apthamitra’ fame and Founder of Sri Nimishamba School of Dance, Mysuru, has been organised at Jaganmohan Palace in city tomorrow (Mar. 27) at 5.30 pm.
She will be accompanied by Guru Vid. Sridhar Jain on nattuvanga, Vid. Naveen Andagar on vocal, Vid. M.K. Kiran Kumar on mridanga, Vid. Shanthakumar on violin and Vid. Raghavendra Rangadol on rythm pad.
Natyacharya Prof. K. Ramamurthyrao, Director of Noopura Kalavidaru Samskrutika Trust, Mysuru and Arpita Simha, wife of MP Pratap Simha, will be the guests of honour.
Daughter of N. Kumari and Ramesh, Manasa is married to P. Abhishek, son of M. Parvathi and late Prabhakar.
