Mysore/Mysuru: Nadavidyalaya Academy of Music and Dance, Mysuru, has organised Bharatanatyam Rangapravesha of R.M. Chitrashree, a disciple of Vidu. Mithra Naveen at RamaGovinda Rangamandira in Ramakrishnanagar here on Oct. 10 at 5.30 pm.
Kannada and Culture Department (Ballari) Assistant Director Siddalingesha K. Rangannavar, Swarnamukhi Bharatanatya Kala Samste (Hospete) Director Guru Vid. M. Allahbhaksha, JD(S) Ballari District leader K.M. Hemayya Swamy will be the chief guests.
Programme direction, choreography and Natuvanga will be by Vidu. Mithra Naveen accompanied by Vid. Naveen M.S. Andagar on vocal, Vid. Vivek Krishna on flute, Vid. G.S. Nagaraj on mridanga and Vid. Dasappa on morching.
Profile: R.M. Chitrashree, daughter of R.M. Rajashekhar and Dr. S.M. Savitri couple, is a dedicated and a passionate dancer. Disciple of Guru Vidu. Mithra Naveen of Nadavidyalaya Academy of Music and Dance, she is a Computer Science Engineer by profession.
Presently working at IBM, Chitrashree has completed her pre-Vidwat and pursuing her post-Vidwat conducted by KSEEB. She has given numerous programmes in and around Mysuru.
