Mysuru: The Rangapravesha of Mysuru-based Bharatanatyam dancer Vid. Ashwini Swaroop will be held at KEA Prabhat Rangamandira, Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru on Dec.1 at 5 pm.

Senior dance teacher Srilatha, music teacher Pritam Gandharv and Vidu. Latha Lakshmeesha will participate at the Rangapravesha function to encourage the upcoming talent.

Ashwini is the wife of city businessman Swaroop and is a software engineer by profession.

She has already participated in many programmes and has given demonstrations about Bharatanatyam at New Delhi, Mysuru, Pondicherry, Tirupati and other places.

She is practicing Bharatanatyam for the last 15 years under Vidu. Latha and recently completed Vidwat examination.
