Kodagu: Union Ministers for Youth Affairs and Sports Vijay Goel (in pic.) will be present the winners and runners-up trophies during the valedictory of the ongoing Biddatanada Hockey Namme here on May 14.

The event will be presided by Biddatanda family Pattedar Prof. Biddatanda C Ponnappa.

The valedictory event will be inaugurated by Lt. Col. B.K. Subramani.

Union Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda, District in-Charge Minister M.R. Seetharam, MP B.K. Hariprasad, Legislators K.G. Bopaiah, Appacchu Ranjan, Veena Acchaiah and Sunil Subramani, DC Vincent D’Souza, Kodava Hockey Academy President Pandanda M. Kuttappa  and others will be present.

The valedictory event will be followed by the concert from Mysore Palace English Band and various folk events. Later, the sports flag will be handed over to Kulletira Family, which will be hosting the 2018 Family Hockey Tournament.
