He was injured when an auto ferrying garment workers rammed into his bike at Hootagalli on Monday
Mysuru: A two-wheeler rider, who suffered serious injuries when an autorickshaw rammed into his bike as also many other vehicles at Hootagalli on Monday evening and was admitted to K.R. Hospital, succumbed to injuries at the hospital this morning.
The deceased is Lokesh (48), son of late Karigowda, a native of Alamballi Kaval in K.R. Pet taluk and a resident of Koorgalli in city.
On Monday evening, Lokesh was on his way to his home from work, when the auto, which was ferrying garment workers, rammed into roadside eateries and many two-wheelers leaving more than 18 people injured.
Lokesh was admitted to K.R. Hospital where he succumbed to injuries this morning.
V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case in this regard.
