Mysuru: The CSIR Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru, in association with the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists India (AFSTI), Mysuru and the Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL), Mysuru, is hosting the 7th Bio-processing India, a National Meet of researchers in the area of bio-processing. The meet is scheduled to be held from Dec. 14 to Dec. 16 at CFTRI campus.
The Meet aims to provide a forum to all research community involved in bio-processing for finding solutions to bio-processing needs of agri-food resources that are essential for overall food security, health and wellness of humankind.
The Meet is accompanied by an Ideathon, a competition for college students to present novel ideas or innovation as well as an industrial exhibition showcasing products and processes of future along with 45 sessions on various perspectives of bio-processing.
