BJS holds ‘Eco Festa’

Mysuru – Bharatiya Jain Sanghatan (BJS), Mysuru, successfully conducted ‘Eco Festa 2026 — Tree-mendous Green Drive’ at Geeta Mandir Government School in city recently.

The session commenced with Manglacharan by BJS Ladies Wing Chairperson Sharmila Dhoka, who delivered the welcome address and introduced the guest speaker Kokila Ramesh Golecha.

The students were given a Plant Diary Activity to record the date of sowing the seed, first sprout, first leaf and names of birds and living beings around the plants.

Sthanakwasi Jain Yuva Sangh President Navratan Darla, Secretary Rajendra Desarla, BJS Mysuru Chapter President  Rajan Baghmar, Chief Secretary Deepak Bohra, Treasurer Manohar Sankhala, Vice-President Sunil Patwa, Joint Secretary Navratanmal Pitliya and Members Yeshwant Mutha, Vikram Kawad, Prakash Gandhi, Mahaveer Dhoka and Gowtham Patwa, BJS Ladies Wing Chairperson Sharmila Dhoka, Chief Secretary Seema Bohra, Vice-President Santosh Salecha, Joint Secretary Aneeta Gadiya, Members Bindu Baghmar, Sangeetha Gulecha, Rasna Lodha, Reeta Jain and Priyanshi Batewara were present.
