Mysore/Mysuru: The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) had organised a blood donation camp to mark World Red Cross Day at JSS Science and Technology University (JSS S&TU), Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering (SJCE) in city recently.

The blood donation camp was led by IRCS Coordinator Dr. Vishista Nagaraj in association with Jeevan Bindu and Project ReachOut Team, Student Welfare Officer M.S. Sunil Kumar and NSS Coordinator N. Shivaprasad.

A team of 18 staff led by JSS Hospital Blood Bank Officer Dr. Pallavi participated in the blood donation camp where more than 87 donors including staff and students donated blood. All the donors were felicitated at the blood donation camp.

JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research Pro-Chancellor Dr. Suresh Bhojraj, JSS S&TU former Vice-Chancellor Dr. A.N. Santhosh Kumar, JSS S&TU Registrar Dr. S.A. Dhanaraj and SJCE Principal and Dean Dr. S.B. Kivade were present.
