Mysuru: GRIC Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament – Season 4 was organised by GRIC at RIE Grounds in city on Dec. 20 in which six teams — GST Department (Captain – Ankit Sharma), Income Tax Department (Captain – Ram Sai), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (K. Manju), Bank Note Paper Mill India Pvt. Ltd. (Captain – Sharad Prabhakar Desai), India Posts (Captain – Anil Raj) and Regional Institute of Education (Captain – Viswas) — had taken part in this event.
Bank Note Paper Mill (BNPM) India emerged Champions of GRIC Cricket Tourney consecutively for the 4th time and GST Department were runners-up.
S.A. Raghavendra of BNPM India was awarded Man of the Tournament, Man of the Match (finals) and Best Bowler of the Tournament. Nanda Kishore of GST was awarded Best Batsman of the Tournament and Ram Sai of Income Tax Dept. was awarded with Best Fielder of the Tournament.

Pavan Kumar, Manipal Hospitals Director Pramod Kunder, SIRC Mysuru Chapter of ICAI Chairman CA S. Bhargava, Vice-Chairman CA Rajesh and Treasurer CA B.R. Sharatchandra were present.
