Mysore/Mysuru: A book on the administration, policies and programmes of the Siddharamaiah headed Congress Government which ruled the State from 2013 to 2018, will be released on July 23
Addressing Congress workers at Jaladarshini Guest house here on Friday, former Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa said that the book published by Bengaluru’s Janamana publications will be released at a programme to take place at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road at 10.30 am on July 23.
More than 3,000 people are expected to take part in the event, he said adding that senior Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge will inaugurate the programme in the presence of Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji and Kaginele Shakha Mutt Seer Shivanandapuri Swamiji.
MLAs Dr. Yathindra Siddharamaiah, Anil Chikkamadu and H.P. Manjunath, MLC Dr. D. Thimmaiah, City Congress President R. Murthy, District President Dr. B.J. Vijaykumar,, former MLA s M.K. Somashekar and Kalale Keshavamurthy, leaders K. Marigowda, Puttasiddashetty, B.M. Ramu and others were present.
