City Police Commissioner Dr. A. Subrahmayeswara Rao will release the book ‘Kalam Jeevana Dharma,’ authored by Jayaprakash Puttur, at Pathrakartara Bhavan on Tyagaraja Road in city at 5 pm today. Columnist and critic S.R. Vijayashankar will preside. Police Training School Principal Dr. Dharanidevi Malagatti will be the chief guest. Kannada scholar Dr. Kabbinale Vasantha Bharadwaj will speak about the book. MDJA President C.K. Mahendra will be the special invitee.
