Mysore Librarians and Information Scientists Association (MyLISA) and Samvahana Publishers have jointly organised a programme at Dr. S.R. Ranganathan auditorium, Library and Information Science Department, University of Mysore, Manasagangothri, tomorrow (Nov.16) at 3.30 pm, for the release of Prof. Mallinatha Kumbara’s works ‘Smart Granthalayagalu’ and ‘Universal Decimal Classification: A Practical Manual for Information Organisation’ (co-author: B. Nivedita). Retd. Prasaranga Director Prof. C. Naganna will release the books. Retd. Librarian Dr. C.P. Ramashesha and Library and Information Science Asst. Professor Dr. N.S. Harinarayana will speak about the books. Tumkur University VC Prof. Y.S. Siddegowda will preside. MyLISA President Dr. E.C. Ningaraja will be present.
