Mysore/Mysuru: Daksha College of Global Education Trust, Mysuru and Atmashree Kannada Saamskrutika Pratishtana, Bengaluru, will be releasing the book, ‘Namasthe Sainikare’ on Feb.13 (Sunday) at 11 am in the Cultural Hall of Daksha College.

Dr. Shantaveera Mahaswamiji of Sri Kolada Mutt Mahasamsthana, Bengaluru, will grace the occasion. Retired IAS Officer and Chairman of Karnataka Border Area Development Authority Dr. C. Somashekar will inaugurate the event. The book ‘Namasthe Sainikare’ will be launched by Padma Shri Awardee Prof. C. Doddarangegowda. Chairman of Daksha College P. Jayachandra Raju will preside.

Filmmaker, Writer and President of Atmashree Kannada Saamskrutika Pratishtana Dr. Gunavantha Manju will be the chief guest. Thinker Govindahalli Krishnegowda, Writer Satish Javaregowda, Jaraganahalli Sadashivaiah, Retired IFS Officer K.V. Lakshman Murthy, Danseuse and Actress Tanisha and Founder  of Amruthaalaya TV Naveen Bhagyashree Guruji will be present.

Achievers from various parts of the State — Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Davanagere, Mysuru, Tumakuru and Belagavi — will be felicitated with ‘Rashtreeya Ratna’ Award at the event.
