Mysore/Mysuru: As part of A. Hemaganga’s 63rd birthday celebrations, Hemaganga Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana and Mysuru Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana have jointly organised book release, Chutuku Kavigoshti and Award Presentation programme at Ideal Jawa Rotary School premises, JLB Road, tomorrow (June 30) at 10 am.

Poetess Dr. Latha Rajashekar will inaugurate and release the book ‘Kanasillada Haadiyalli,’ a poetry collection of Hemaganga. Teacher & poetess B. Shobha will speak about the book.

Poetess Kerodi M. Lolakshi will be the chief guest and present awards. The awardees are as follows: Dr. Latha Rajashekar (Mahakavya Saraswathi award); Vidu. S.V. Pannaga & Vidu. Sunanda Dileep (Gayana Ganga awards); B.K. Meenakshi, Sujatha Raveesh, Yashodha Ramakrishna, J. Prabha Shastry & P.S. Vailesha Kodagu (Sahitya Ganga awards); N.P. Mamatha (Sanghatana Chature award); Dr. K. Prema Kumar (Vidya Nidhi award), Keshav Koushik (Sadhana Ganga award); Sourav Gaj (Pratibha Ganga award).

Hemaganga Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana President A. Hemaganga and Mysuru Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana Cultural Committee President C. Vani Raghavendra will be the guests of honour. Mysuru Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana President M.B. Santhosh will preside. Classical singer Vidu. S.V. Pannaga will render invocation. Poetess N.R. Roopashree will compere. There will be Chutuku Kavigoshti by invited poets/poetesses.
