Mysuru:  Dr. K. Krishnamurthy Research Foundation and Vidyut Prakashana had jointly organised a programme at Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama in Yadavagiri here on Sunday for the release of the books ‘Divya Shikshana Deevige – Srimathe’ authored by C.S. Mangalamma and ‘Kannada Pancharaatram’ authored by K. Leela Prakash.

Releasing the books, littérateur Dr. C.P. Krishna Kumar (CPK) hailed Mangalamma in coming out with new facts on Sharadadevi through intense research and added that the book is excellent for teaching and research.

Referring to ‘Kannada Pancharaatram,’ he commended the author in coming out with a meaningful message that war is not the only solution for any problem.

Ramakrishna Ashrama President Swami Muktidanandaji, writer Prof. K. Bhyrava Murthy, District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Dr. Y.D. Rajanna, authors Mangalamma and Leela Prakash, theatre artiste H.S. Umesh, Vidyut Prakashana Founder Keshava Prakash and others were present.
