Sri Shivarathreeshwara Religious Endowment Wing of JSS Mahavidyapeetha will be conferring the Sri Shivarathreeshwara Book Award for Best Veerashaiva Literary works published in the year 2018. This award carries a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 including citation and a memento. Litterateurs who have written and published literary works related to Veerashaiva Lingayat dharma based on its history, art, culture and other areas can apply for the Book Award. JSS Mahavidyapeetha has been giving away this award since 1983 to promote literary works.   The interested writers and publishers must send at least two copies of their works to the Office of the Director, Publications Wing, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, JSS Circle, Mysuru-570004 before Feb. 15 for the selection of the books.
