Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Religious Endowment has invited books published in the year 2024 for awarding Sri Shivarathreeshwara Prashasti. Books written on subjects like Veerashaiva-Lingayat religion, literature, culture, history and arts can be sent as entries for the award.

Writers and publishers are requested to send their published works for consideration of Awards Committee to: The Director, Publishing Division, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Circle, Mysuru-570004 before    Mar. 31. Sri Shivarathreeshwara Book Award is being given every year since 1983.  The award consists of a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 and a citation, according to a press release.
