Mysuru: City pugilists representing Mysore District Amateur Boxing Association (MDABA) delivered an outstanding performance at the Sri Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Boxing Championship 2026 held at Dr. Punith Rajkumar Ground in Bengaluru recently.
The team bagged a total of 28 medals, including 6 Gold, 7 Silver, and 15 Bronze medals, showcasing their strength and determination across various categories.
Dhyan Balu (Sub-Junior Boys) was awarded Best Boxer, K.J. Hemanth (Elite Men) received the Most Promising Boxer award and Gruhith Gowda (Cubs Boys) was honoured as the Most Challenging Boxer of the Tournament.
