Brahmins Assn. distributes food kits to priests, community members

Mysore/Mysuru: Taking a cue from various associations and organisations which are distributing  essential commodities to the poor and the needy, the Mysuru District Brahmins Association too distributed free food kits to Priests serving at small temples of the city and poor community members at Ramamandira in Krishnamurthypuram this morning.

The Association aims to distribute 250 food packets, each containing 5kg of rice,1kg each of atta, edible oil, tur dal, salt and other food items.

Karnataka Brahmins Development Board Chairman K.S. Sachidananda,  Association President D.T. Prakash, Social workers K. Raghuram, Vikram Iyengar, Ajay Shastri and others were present.
