Mysuru: BSNL is offering zero-cost installation cost for high-speed FTTH (Fibre-to-the-Home) internet connections in rural areas under the Digital Bharat Nidhi (BharatNet) initiative.
Free installation: Under this initiative, Wi-Fi router and optical fibre cable is provided free and customers need to pay only the monthly subscription.
Attractive plan: FTTH plans to start as low as Rs. 249 per month with 700 GB data at 25 Mbps speed, unlimited calls and free Prasar Bharati TV/Waves App/BSNL-Skypro IFTV channels.
Self-employment: Rural youths can partner with BSNL by registering as BharatNet Udyamis (BNUs) and earn an income by providing internet services in villages.
Public interested in obtaining free internet connection or registering as BharatNet entrepreneur may contact their nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre, stated a press release from Rajendra Kumar Singh, General Manager, BSNL Mysuru Business Area.
