Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysuru Bunts Association, along with Bunts Sangha Charitable Trust, has organised Pratibha Puraskar and felicitation to achievers programme at Asha Prakash Shetty  Bunts Convention Hall near Aishwarya Petrol Bunk in Vijayanagar III Stage here tomorrow (July 16).

Announcing this at a press meet here on Thursday, Sangha President T. Prabhakar Shetty said that Pratibha Puraskar for meritorious students of Bunts community will take place at 12.30 pm on July 16. Also, Dr. Srinivas Shetty, LIC Development Officer at Mandya, Dr. S. Jagannath Shetty of Srinidhi Golds, Mandya, K. Gopal Shetty, Managing Director of Swati Group of Hotels, Bengaluru and President of Karnataka Hotel Owners Association and Patla Satish Shetty, founder of Yakshadhruva Patla Foundation Trust, Mangaluru, will be felicitated on the occasion, he said.

Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda, former Minister  B. Ramanath Rai, former MLA Vasu and Chairman of Bengaluru’s M.R.G. Group K. Prakash Shetty will be guests of honour.

A Yakshagana-Bayalata play titled ‘Chakravyuha – Srinivasa Kalyana’ will be performed at 4 pm and entry is free.  Association office-bearers K. Ganesh Narayan Hegde, V.P. Hegde, Suresh Alva and P. Tukaram Rai were present at the press meet.
