Dasharatha Ramashetty (89), proprietor of Balaji Stores, Srinivas Book House and Venkateshwara Provision Stores and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram, passed away on Friday.
He leaves behind his wife, three sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here on Saturday.
