Car damaged as tree branch falls

November 6, 2025

Mysore/Mysuru: A car was damaged when a huge tree branch fell on it on 14th Main Road in Saraswathipuram yesterday evening. Luckily, no injuries or loss of life took place.

Yesterday evening, K.G. Bharatesh, a resident of Kanakadasanagar, who came to Saraswathipuram with his wife in his Maruti Baleno car (KA-09-ME-4605) on some work, had parked the car under a tree on the 14th Main Road. After parking the car, the couple left to attend some work and within a few minutes a huge branch of the tree fell on the car, damaging it.

MCC’s Abhaya team cleared the branch which had fallen on the middle of the road and made way for smooth flow of traffic.
