Case registered against sales representative for cheating company of Rs. 43.69 lakh

Mysore/Mysuru: Lakshmipuram Police have registered a case against a sales representative of a private company on charges of cheating the company by not depositing the payment of Rs. 43.69 lakh made by customers to the company.

The case has been registered against 28-year-old M. Ravi, a resident of Lalithadripura in city.

Ravi, who had worked as a Sales Representative at ‘Auto Mark,’ a company situated opposite Manuvana Park in Chamundipuram from Apr. 1, 2021 to Feb. 28, 2023, had not deposited Rs. 43,69,871 paid by the customers to the company, thus cheating the company, according to the complaint lodged by V. Vilaskumar, Proprietor of  the company.

Based on the complaint, Lakshmipuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
