Celebrate marriage with just 40 guests at home

May 9, 2021

Bengaluru: The State Government has revised guidelines for 15-day total lockdown which will begin from tomorrow, by further reducing the number of guests for marriage from 50 persons to 40 persons during the period.

The Government has done this to check the surge of Corona positive cases and casualties across to the State.

Permission has been denied to hold marriage in community hall, marriage hall or choultry and it must be held at home. Passes have been made mandatory.

Permission from Tahsildar or City Corporation must be obtained by producing the marriage invitation card.

The guests must display the passes issued by the authorities concerned in case of inspection. Cases will be registered against those who attend marriage ceremonies without required permission.
