Professor and Progressive Thinker Dr. K.C. Basavaraju, University Evening College Principal Dr. S. Anjaneya presides, Gandhi Bhavan Director Prof. M.S. Shekar delivers keynote address, University Evening College Co-curricular Activities Committee Convenor Dr. C.D. Parashuram will be present, University Evening College, 6 pm.
