CET counselling in city on May 13

Mysuru: Counselling for those taking CET /  COMED-K exam called ‘After CET, What Next?’, a guidance programme for PU students and their parents, will be held on May 13 at Senate Bhavan, Manasagangothri, in Mysuru.

The programme is part of Eduverse, the 9th edition of Jnana Degula, an initiative of the publications of The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited. The programme provides a platform for students and parents to directly interact with CET/COMEDK counsellors and experts to discover available opportunities and to make smart choices for a rewarding academic career and a bright future.

Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering Principal B. Sadashivegowda will speak on Common Entrance Test-Technical (Engineering courses), while Associate Professor Dr. S.N. Manjunath from Mysore Medical College and Research Institute will speak on National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test and Medical courses and Superintendent of Police Ravi D. Channannavar will speak on courses other than Engineering and Medicine.

Career guidance counsellor B.R. Ramesh and course counsellor Thimmaraju will explain about the procedures involving CET. Entrance for students and parents is free.
