Mysuru: JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mysuru and CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) have entered into a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) to foster co-operation in education and research.
JSS College has been conducting two-year Master of Vocation and three-year Bachelor’s of Vocation in Food Processing and Engineering as approved by UGC under ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra’. This MoU will facilitate students to get exposed to state-of-the-art technology and equipment available at the laboratories of CFTRI and to get practical training as a part of skill development. The agreement was signed between Dr. K.S.M.S. Raghavarao, Director CFTRI and Prof. M. Mahadevappa, Principal JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
