Mysuru: After a brief lull, chain-snatchers have struck again and this time they have targeted a senior citizen who was on her morning walk at Police Layout near Lalithadripura here.
The woman, who lost her gold chain, has been identified as 65-year-old Siddarajamma, a resident of Lalithadripura.
Siddarajamma, at about 7.30 am yesterday was returning home after her morning walk in Police Layout, when two bike-borne miscreants yanked off her 18 grams gold chain and fled from the spot. Mysuru Rural Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
