Changanda Appaji Appaiah (87), a resident of Rajarajeshwari Nagar, passed away in the wee hours of today in city. He leaves behind his wife, one son and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Mukthidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage this morning.
