There are many methods one can adapt to usher in positivity. However, adapting the ancient art of Vaastu and Feng Shui, one can achieve the same with much ease. Once the energy is in balance, the implication of proper balance manifests as overall prosperity, harmony and good health.
To achieve proper energy flow, there are basic fundamentals which need to be adapted and below are some basic essentials to achieve the same. Our bodies have currents of energy that flow within. Chi or life force as it is often called is very similar to many of the elements that we use, feel, taste, smell and see in every moment of our lives. In fact, it is the energy that gives power to everything around and inside of us.
Feng Shui says that, anything new enters our life only when we create space for it. Only when we re-energise our living space, do we have the benefit of new beginnings along with abundance, prosperity and peace.
The personal Feng Shui of an individual also goes through cyclic changes which as per Chinese Zodiac Astrology is a combination of the animal sign with the year element which in turn determines the luck of the individual for that year. This is handled through adapting general symbolism in the place of dwelling or work which is supportive to the individual Chinese Zodiac Sign and in addition, many carry personal protection known as “self cures” to mitigate the onslaught of bad energy and afflictions.
However, if sourcing a personal cure or identifying the right symbolism is a problem, aligning few things more accurately in your home can offer great protection and energy balance.
a. Energy must flow unrestricted and freely to have good Chi; If it is blocked or stagnant, you may find it hard to get moving and to keep moving. Remove obstructions and clutter from your pathways, hallways, driveway and entry. Keep them open and clear for free flowing Chi.
b. Balance and harmony are fundamentals of Feng Shui. Walk around and feel the energy of your space — how does it feel to you? If you detect a lack of balance or harmony in a particular area, take note of it and try to realign things.
