Karnataka State Chess Association, in association with Sports Authority of India (SAI), All India Chess Federation (AICF), Government of Tamil Nadu, FIDE & Chess in School, will be conducting Karnataka State School U-15 Rapid Rating Open & Girls Chess Tournament on June 15 and 16, for Open & Girls at ChamundiVihar Indoor Stadium, Mysuru.

Eligibility: • Under 15 Boys & Girls up to X standard (players should be born on or after 01-01-2007).• Registered player of the AICF for the year 2022-2023.

Benefits: • The Champion and Runner-Up in both the category as well as the best player from Government School in both categories (in total 3 Boys & 3 Girls from each State) will get a lifetime chance to visit the Olympiad and also to interact with Grand Masters (GMs) and other elite participants through simuls, lectures, etc. • These players will also be extended 3 nights stay free of cost to witness Olympiad in addition, an amount of Rs. 2,000 will be reimbursed as travel expenses.For details, contact M.V.
