Chikkaiah (Muddanna), a resident of Vidyaranya-puram, passed away on Wednesday in city. He was 86.
He leaves behind son Shantharaju, daughters Jayalakshmi, Vijayalakshmi, Manjula and Savithri, 11 grandchildren including Sir M. Visveswaraya Plumbing and Drainage Workers Welfare Association Vice-President Suresh Kumar, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill yesterday afternoon.
