Mysuru: Marking the first anniversary of Deepa Sahaya Seva Samsthe, a programme was organised at the ‘Trin Trin’ cycle docking station in front of Regional Transport Office (RTO) here recently to distribute free membership cards to the Trin Trin bicycle sharing system to 50 children of poor families and Pourakarmikas.
Speaking on the occasion Excise Commissioner Smitha Rao said that the move of promoting usage of bicycles by Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) to protect the environment was commendable which should be used well by the youth today. Former Mayor Purushotham, Deepa Samsthe President Jogi Deepu, Social Activist K. Raghuram and others were present.
